I love Kwik Star. The stores are clean and the staff are kind and courteous. You can get a cold drink or a coffee. Their fresh case has a variety of things to choose from. Their prices are good on milk, eggs, and bread. They run weekly specials that are always a great buy.

Absolutely love shopping at the Kwik Star in Calmar. Moved to Iowa not long ago and so far I have not ran into one crabby staff person there. I am used to shopping at various Kwik Trip stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin over the years. Here in Iowa the name is Kwik Star, but very same thing. Iowa just calls their stores something else obviously. There are lots of items there to choose from at great prices. Must prepay for gas.

Takes forever to get checked out, manager will stand behind counter on computer or doing something else whike there is 7 people in line and only one person checking people out. Decorah kwik stars do a way better job, they need to start doing the same
