Out standing service. One of the finest and most respected in the banking business. I stand either average or just above average. Having said that, I already had a current loan from 1st Gateway. Paid down for three (3) years now of $41,000, down to a little over $23,000, and I presented my loan officer with another loan and I was treated like a king, a responsible person that treated with respect.
Credit Unions are by far superior in customer service and care.

Excellent, friendly service at teller windows and drive up. Installment Loan Dept. is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I’m a well satisfied 35+ year member.

Please go anywhere else but this bank! They will add fake insurance to your loan agreement and charge you and extra $4k on top of your loan without telling you. Trust me!!!!

Can't get the app or website to work can't log in and keeps saying to call them just to get a run around I have 0 access to MY money to pay bills wish I could do less the 1 start

feel sorry if you have to deal with these people. most of them are rude.. sara is very rude and will hang up on you and say very nasty things! bank somewhere else so you dont have to deal with rude nasty people!

Not military friendly! When you are deployed and need to pay your loan over the phone they charge a $10 convenience fee, then tell you it's biased when asked if they could wave that fee due to the circumstances. Way to support our military overseas!

In my 50 years in Clinton I have dealt with 4 banks. All gave good service but 1st Gateway CU has by far been the best service, the best people and most importantly, the first ones who believed in me personally. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
