“I just wanted to say thank for the excellent customer service provided by Dustin, sales representative at the Clinton, Iowa O'Reilly's. Three times he has gone above and beyond in his service. Once, when my cd player in my Prius had slipped into the console, he pulled it out. Another time, when I needed a side view mirror for my minivan needed replaced, he ordered it, and then recommended me to a mechanic who was able to replace it immediately. The third time, the same van had a turn signal light out on the front passenger side, he sold AND replaced it for me, saving me time and money. Friendly, dependable and helpful employees are a gem nowadays, and they deserve to be rewarded!!”
“If I could give Dustin and crew 10 stars I darn sure would. I had him replace the cvt transmission in my Nissan Pathfinder which is one hell of a job! The engine has to be lifted and remain supported while removing and installing the old to the new. Acquired the transmission from the #1 rebuilder in the country. It failed in a couple weeks. Dustin never waivered he removed that one and got another from the same place (warrantied of course) and had the second trans in place and I was driving it in record time and no extra cost to me. Im sure glad he is as honest as he is. It could have been a bad deal in someone else's shop. I had him put shocks, struts, brakes and wheel bearings on it also and can't say one bad thing about anything he's done for me. Thank you Dustin your a champ in my book!!!!”

“Not sure where to start, but. Started taking our cars back here maybe about a year and a half two years ago. Since then this is my go to place for any of my vehicle issues, I've even gotten extended family hooked as well. Professionalism, knowledge, atmosphere, and quality of work have been great. Prices are fair I suppose. I don't think I've been upset by a quote really. Me specifically, once I have anything diagnosed and repaired, it stays repaired lol. I'm just happy to finally have a place I can trust to take my vehicles again. I do wish they offered more specialized services but that's just me being picky or spoiled.”

“These guys rock, ordered a hurst knob for their new Corvette C4 auto adapter, and they got a hold of me right away to let me know the fitment wouldn’t be ideal, they were able to modify the order and get the second knob I chose shipped out on the same day! Their auto knob adapters are the best I’ve ever seen, high quality materials and solid feeling. Would order from them again for the customer service experience alone!”
