I called my husband and told him about the wreck and he said to leave there and take my car to Details Plus Collision Center in Indianola. He proceeded to say, this is the best collision shop and he wanted only them to fix my car. He thinks the guy that works there does fantastic work. I wish I knew his name. I ended up still going and grabbing the part I had originally left to get in the first place, but kinda had a complete melt down at the register. The two females that were working stopped what they were doing, helped me back out to my truck, and even took the time to tell me to call the store once I got home, just to let them know I made it back alright, because I was a MESS. “Short version Meiko at this store is a rock star.Long version. Stopped for small needle nose pliers to pull a very small fuse to trouble shoot both headlights being out at once. Store did not have any small enough but Meiko asked if I need any help. Ended up digging through store tools to find a pair. He help to pull and check the fuses and then asked I pop the hood. He pulled one head light bulb and found it blown. Without prompting he pulled the second which was also blown. We went straight back inside where he went through my options in bulbs, rang me up and followed me out to my car. Without asking he jumped in and started swapping in the new ones. Even helped get that stubborn fuse back in. Meiko is the the type of employee you wish to deal with. Helpful, goes above and beyond and a pleasure to work with.Needless to say I will gladly bring my business to this store with a shining example like Meiko there.”
