“I had a wonderful experience with Action Auto Detail Shop! They went above and beyond to take care of me and made me feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in the best hands. I don’t know a lot about vehicles, but they treated me with kindness and respect and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I never felt pressured or talked down to. Instead, I felt genuinely cared for and knew they were taking my concerns seriously. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine care they showed me really stood out. It’s clear that they care not only about the quality of their work, but also about the people they serve. I highly recommend Action Auto Detail Shop to anyone looking for quality service from people who truly care about their customers!”

“I would like to recognize the extraordinary level of service Nathan provided for a pair wiper blades. Nathan, took the time to make sure I correct size wiper blades and even walked me through how to check the Advance Auto Parts system in the future. Nathan, also took the time to explain how the warranty works which I went ahead and purchased same. Within only a matter 10 minutes Nathan educated me on the warranty, selecting the correct pair of wiper blades, and even installed the wiper blades! We need more Nathan’s in society the world would be a better place.”

“I’m so happy I found Hickman Auto. There have been a few times that I’ve brought my car in after some concerning noises and they’ve taken care of me either finding the best solution or being honest and telling me that they’re minor fixes. I never feel like I’m being ripped off and they always do a great job of explaining things to me.”

“Ted in sales took great care of me when I inquired about trading in my car for a lease. Every single step of the process was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I walked out of there in 3.5 hours with a new car and felt great about the trade-in value I received for my old car. There is no bs’ing from anyone in sales at Smart Honda, unlike some other dealerships around Des Moines.”

Thanks for such a great repair experience; your customer service and attention to details raises the bar.”

“Ashley and the team at Auto Artists do excellent work. We’ve trusted them for years with everything from door dings and hail damage to a recent deer hit that required a new bumper. (They even found a great deal on a factory Toyota bumper.) Every repair has been flawless—our cars always come back looking factory fresh. I’d rather not need their services so often, but when the next ding happens, they’ll be my first call. Highly recommended!”

“Mike was great to work with and they did an awesome job replacing/painting the bumper on my husband’s car. I had sent Mike pictures of my husband’s bumper after we bought a used car - it was chipping paint pretty badly, and he could tell just from the photos (without us telling him) that the bumper had previously been involved in an accident and replaced/repaired and that the paint job had been bad. He generously sent me a quote for both stripping and repainting the bumper as well as replacing and repainting. I give this shop five stars for customer service and fair prices. I’m so glad we found them to complete the repairs for us!”

“I was recommend Fisher Body & Paint by Chamberlain Auto for my front bummer. I called and was informed they have free walk-in estimate which was nice. They were communicative and the parts came in faster than I expected. They were honest and didn’t try to take advantage of me which I really appreciate. They worked with my schedule, so they only had my car half a day. My bummer was falling off due to broken brackets and now it looks like new. I would highly recommend this place for body work.”

“Pleasant experience from the start. I searched available models and packages online for a possible future purchase. I was quickly contacted by George to offer his assistance. He was no pressure, knowledgeable and helpful to narrow down the right package that fit our needs. He found the perfect vehicle, color and package options that we wanted. Gia also stepped in when George was unavailable and made the process seamless. Nick was also instrumental in signing all the papers when we picked up our new Pathfinder. This was an amazingly easy process to the finish. We are thankful and proud of our new vehicle! Thank you to Willis Nissan for having an awesome team!”

“I have used Willis Collision 2 times in the past 18 months and was very pleased with the results. Bodywork was covered by insurance after my deductible and seemed to be a reasonable price. In addition I have had tire rotation, alignment, oil changes and other general maintenance issues done at Willis. The staff does excellent work and are good at the speed items take to fix and communicate as needed.”

“I had problems with my truck shifting. After multiple phones to Inlands service department which they were very willing to answer and try to help me as much as they could. After many trips there to get parts and I still count figure it out I took it in and they had it fixed in no time at all! They called and advise me of what they found wrong and fixed it. Truck shifts like a brand new truck. I also had a bad vibration issue that developed after I had another local truck shop replace my carrier bearings and rear output shaft seal. I had took it back to them and they kept telling me it was in the tires it was nothing they did. I had put new tires, shock air bags and leveling valve and still had vibrations. While it was at Inland they looked at the driveline and found it to be out of time which was binding the ujoint behind the carrier bearing. They also found the driveline to be bent. Inland advised me of what they found and gave me my options to fix it and I gave them the go ahead to do so. No vibrations and the truck shifts great! Brent and Josh were great to work with and they kept me updated on what they found wrong. This is a shop we’re they care and will take care of you! I’m VERY picky about my equipment and I would take it there in a heartbeat next time and know I could leave it with them and have nothing to worry about and know that it will be right and prefect when I get it back! Thanks Inland!!”

“My first visit was exceptional. I went in with a couple of parts that I thought were broken on our Kubota tractor. After pricing out the parts, the associate simply pointed out some options to fix the parts on my own. When I went home the fix worked and I saved $800 they could have easily convinced me to buy. Great service! Thanks for putting the customer first!”
