She introduced herself and treated me like a valued customer. Then she led me to another wonderful employee that assisted me with what I needed. “On February 22 we were advised that two 1099's were incorrect. We notified Principle immediately that 37k of income was a IRA rollver and should not be taxable. After eight phone calls a certified letter to CEO Daniel Houston. this is still not resolved. Thier customer service is horrible. I highly recommend you run from this company.”
