“A rare few true full service pharmaceutical provider that offers med customization. The pharmacist (Liz) was amazing and very professional yet friendly and courteous. Her knowledge and expertise are unmatched. The store was very clean and offer a variety of items (health care, beauty supplies, and gifts). The only thing keeping this from a 5 star raring was the price. We picked up a few oz of medication for our dog and it was $43..ouch. however, I am still recommending this pharmacy.”

“Can't speak for the bad pharm stories since I rarely have used it. But the front desk folks working here - sometimes at the wee hours of the morning - always have been incredibly nice to me. Oftentimes, they will just ask if I need help out of the blue. It's all self-check out in the front (unless you want a human to help you), so it's no fuss. Huge selection, clean and friendly. What's not to like really? It's a Walgreens.”

“I want to compliment Ryan at the Indianola Medicap as today I visited there and was upset and snarky as my Eliquis copay was expired and wanted it fixed! Ryan quickly talked to me, explaining how it worked and letting me know, “we will get this worked out” I was so pleased as he is always so calming and thorough. He made a copy of my document and said for me to go ahead and he would call them. I think before I got home I had a voicemail from him explaining the situation and to let him know if I had any questions. It is all resolved, I am not surprised as every time I have worked with him it is great. Ryan is a credit to himself and Medicap! Thank u for such an exceptional, caring pharmacist!”

“Love that they have spots that are designated for RX only. You pull into a spot, call the pharmacy and speak to someone and they look your prescription(s) up while you are on the phone and if they aren't already done, get them done and bring them to your vehicle when you are to sick to go in and get them. The pharmacist will even counsel you over the phone if you need it. Fairly fast service also. Awesome!!”

“Typical Walgreens shopping. Everything is overpriced unless its clearanced to get rid of a product then they just about give things away! I bought women's feminine underware 26 count for $2.19 then used an in store coupon for $2 off that. Ha, 19 cents! Pretty good when the original price was $21.99. Always fun to find a great bargin, especially now days. Honestly, unless it's on sale or I absolutely have to have it, I usually don't buy much at Walgreens but it's where I go to print photos off my phone. Usually though, I browse the store while I'm there and seem to find a good deal most every time.”

“Please for the love of God, if you can get Concerta consistently we will come back. We have to use Hy-vee right now and they are downright rude and the wait is FOREVER. Plus they never remember to add our script coupon to bring our total down $100 and then we have to WAIT while they help other people so they can apply it. Just so unbelievably frustrated and miss our helpful, familiar and friendly pharmacy.”

“This grocery store was within walking distance of our hotel (Hotel Fort Des Moines). It has everything you would need here including Starbucks. They have a great frozen food section as well as a wonderful bakery and meat/fish areas. We were able to get 24 waters for $2.99 which was fabulous. I was able to pick up some snacks for my kids as well as healthy items for myself. All the employees are friendly and helpful. You could basically find anything here you would need- sushi, wine, liquor area, hibachi and more. Also, you don't need to be a special member to enjoy the discounts some items might have!”

“CVS for the win!!,I was using a different pharmacy and ordered my prescription a week before I was out. They said it would be ready on the 3rd of July. I go pick it up... still out. Panic set in and I called a different pharmacy, only to be told that my insurance wouldn't cover it there. (Express Scripts-worst insurance ever) it was late, and I wasn't able to get the prescription sent anywhere else, so had to wait for the 4th of July. I called CVS on SE 14th and they had my medication in stock and they took our insurance. Win, win! So, we jump in our car, drive 26 miles and get there with minutes to spare (shortened hours because of the holiday) and then to find out the last pharmacy hadn't sent my prescription over. I made a call, and finally the prescription was faxed. The pharmacist stayed to fill my prescription and was so accommodating!! She went above and beyond to help me out! It was greatly appreciated!! Would definitely recommend CVS! While there, I was actually amazed at how nice of a store this is. A very nice selection of items and their prices were reasonable. The cashier was very helpful too, and signed us up for the rewards card and was informative about how it works. I'm glad I didn't let the low reviews scare me away because this CVS was awesome!”
