“They go above and beyond the average pharmacy. Super helpful and friendly. They take care of behind the scenes issues that other pharmacies would never take the time to help with. There was a system issue at one point and one of the techs made numerous phone calls to make sure I received the right refund. Appreciate their timeliness in getting anything filled and the app makes refills and messaging with them super easy.”

“This is the kind of pharmacy people reminisce about. Personalized care- with the pharmacist answering the phone and working on your order. No automation, no pressing of numbers to refill, just excellent community patient centered care.”

“I have used medicap for YEARS now. Very rarely have I had ANY sort of issue, and if I did, it was quickly and effeciently resolved. These folks have gotten me through struggles more times than my friends and family. I almost said "I love you" as I hung up from our conversation today. Hey Medicap, I love you!!”

“I am perplexed by the mediocre ratings for this pharmacy. We have found the staff and Pharmacist very friendly and helpful, taking extra steps to meet our needs. Our prescriptions are usually ready even quicker than expected and the drive through pick up is made easy and pleasant. Having the RX app to see the status of all medications, renewal dates, etc. has also been extremely helpful. As if all of that weren’t enough, their prices beat Walgreens and Hy-Vee by a HUGE margin!! We love Medicap on Easton.”

“If you have a cell phone you can download pictures directly from your phone. They have cables if you don't have a cable to connect it. It is not an instant printer. They print them for you. But after I was done selecting the ones I wanted, the clerk printed mine for me immediately. I did not have to wait an hour..”

“This pharmacy has always been the best. Every single person you encounter are so kind and helpful. They always do whatever they can to get your prescriptions as quick as they can.

I want to shout out Holly as the phone conversation with her tonight brightened my day. She really was so kind and seemed to really enjoy her job! Tonight reminded me why this pharmacy/Hy-Vee is the best out there!”

“So, I think they are trying their best because at Pharmacy at Fleur had a pharmacy tech, she refused to give me her name, she was very rude, she told me the girls name I had given her-that I had spoke with the night before-she was incredibly kind and she realized, before I could even say anything, that I would be completely out of the medication if they went by what the temp nurse sent in, it would be at 31 days not 30-my Doc has always told me it’s due on the 30th day. So the girl I had spoken to on Sunday night who was so nice told me she wouldn’t be there until noon the next day so she would put the request to my Doc put out for them to send in the morning. The other girl who was also a pharmacy tech that I had spoken to on Monday-twice, said they didn’t have a girl that worked there by that name and the temp nurse had sent it in for the next day again and I still kept my composure. I asked her to pull out a calendar and count back to the day I picked them up and she refused-so I said, well you’re wrong and she said no I’m not and hung up on me! I called and left a voicemail for my Doctor on what was going on and then threw my phone down because I was starting to have anxiety attacks so the message I left was I don’t know what the hell is going on here, but it’s due today! About 15 minutes passed and I received a call from his regular nurse, she apologized profusely and told me it was waiting for me at that Hy-Vee, so I asked her what’s the deal with this girl who talked to me like that today, and she had some choice words for her so I just said thanks and went to pick it up. A completely different girl, who I know very well that if she sees me waiting in line, she will grab my meds and have them ready because I have been picking them up from there over 5 years-never picked it up early and I never requested it to be picked up early and they know that! So as she was ringing me up, there was no one behind me so I asked who it was that talked to me like that earlier in the day? As we were discussing this-again no one was in line-the male pharmacist came over, put his hand horizontal to her ear, whispering something and then he walked back to continue working on prescriptions. I couldn’t believe it! Then she got real short real fast with me so pretty obvious this Brad guy was talking about me. I turned bright red and walked away with my meds. This was on a Mon, I called Friday and spoke with the girl who was usually very nice to me and I was asking about a different medication and she snapped at me again? So I was just going to let it all go and then Army Post told me to look up the pharmacy policy such as rights and responsibilities for patients and same for pharmacy techs and pharmacists. I couldn’t believe it again! They want the patient to fill out a form so they can do a full investigation and they mentioned a lot of things that were opposite of what happened to me-namely that they are supposed to tell you their name, the pharmacist is NEVER allowed to speak to a pharmacy tech about a patient really unless it concerns only the medication but in bold letters that is NEVER allowed in front of the patient! I get there’s a few bad apples are out there, but after 5 years of picking this up, never early, I thought we had established trust just like my doctor and I have. So, I didn’t want to make a mountain out of a molehill and if I requested that investigation, no matter what the issue is, I just felt bad. One of the other pharmacists at Army Post said to give the head Pharmacist a chance, so I did. She was very nice on the phone and I could tell she was upset at her staff because all they had told her was the nurse sent it in for the 27th, nothing about the other stuff. Sorry for the lengthy post but we have enough issues in this world and this shouldn’t be one! I would read their policy online because usually, I always see those sets of rules when there’s been several incidents? Still deciding on what to do? I hope you all are well and God Bless ❤️❤️‍?”

“Love that they have spots that are designated for RX only. You pull into a spot, call the pharmacy and speak to someone and they look your prescription(s) up while you are on the phone and if they aren't already done, get them done and bring them to your vehicle when you are to sick to go in and get them. The pharmacist will even counsel you over the phone if you need it. Fairly fast service also. Awesome!!”

“A friend of mine and I went to Walgreens because she needed a certain type of light device for her nails to do a manicure. We were having a hard time finding one that didn't come with a complete kit so I asked an employee for help and she knew exactly where to look which was a completely different area and we were able to get it individually seperare from the kit and it worked amazing she said and her nails turned out great.”

“When I walked in and asked about the 24/7 pharmacy. Checkout with my purchase. All the way to driving up at the second Walgreens pharmacy location. Both associates were very knowledgeable and helpful kind and a pleasure to work with I really enjoyed ending my night with seeing them. Thank you Walgreens”

“Ryan worked above and beyond to help me get my mounjaro coupon problem fixed. He worked on the problem instead of making me try to deal with it. Much improvement from Matt. Thank you Ryan for getting this pharmacy in better shape.”

“Not a bad store the only problem I had with it, was it being near East High School. It was pretty crowded with teenagers (mainly freshman aged girls) that were kinda rude for the most part.”

“im very happy that i made this the first stop on my list of errands. They offered fedex service so i was able to mail my pkg without going all the way to a fedex store. They also had stamps for sale so i didnt have to go inside post office and stand in a line. They even had forever stamps, which i was very surprised at. They did not have a mailbox for me to mail my letter tho, so i did have to still drive to postoffice. But, I only had to run thru a driveup box and drop my mail in without getting out of my truck. so i was very satisfied with my Walgreens visit today with the exception of the cashier. He was courtious, but with a condisending additude, made me feel like he was annoyed to have to help me and i felt like i was a bother when i asked a question. Otherwise, yeah I'm sticking to my ratings of very satisfied with my visit.”

“This grocery store was within walking distance of our hotel (Hotel Fort Des Moines). It has everything you would need here including Starbucks. They have a great frozen food section as well as a wonderful bakery and meat/fish areas. We were able to get 24 waters for $2.99 which was fabulous. I was able to pick up some snacks for my kids as well as healthy items for myself. All the employees are friendly and helpful. You could basically find anything here you would need- sushi, wine, liquor area, hibachi and more. Also, you don't need to be a special member to enjoy the discounts some items might have!”

“I am surprised by so many negative reviews here, I will say there was a time that the front desk staff was not very good. There was a male nurse that I will never allow to work with me again, I have never seen him there again when I complained. However, things have improved greatly at the front desk. As far as the doctors I have seen a couple there, but my main doc is Dr. Hanson and she is great! She spends a lot of time making sure my questions are answered. She is very good.”
