Car was diagnosed, Was decided car needed new engine. Pam sent me updated progress notes and advised what was being done. Went to pick up the car, Pam advised us on some future work that should be done and released the car. Car drives 100% better than it did when we purchased it. Very happy and extremely satisfied. Would not hesitate going to Scott’s for future needs.”

“I have a set of new track tires, both tires and wheels are stiff. Several shops have had issues mounting these tires in the past. I took them to Downey Tire Pros they had them mounted and balanced in a little over an hour. They even had black tire weights for my black wheels. I’m impressed. Even though, for me, it’s a 2 hour roundtrip, Downey will be my go to tire people from now on.”

“Our Dodge Durango's engine thermostat failed while we were on a summer road trip from Pennsylvania. It was already late afternoon and many mechanics were either closed for the day or had no available bays. Cotofo's was the one exception. They not only answered the phone, but told us we could stop in immediately. The shop was easy to find, just a few turns off the interstate. And there was no wait: They got our Durango in right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed us up with a new thermostat and an oil change, then got us right back on the road. We didn't wait more than an hour. They also had free cold beverages available in the waiting area which was a plus on a hot summer day. The owner even followed up with us multiple times in the following weeks to make sure we were satisfied—which says a lot considering we're from Pennsylvania and not likely to be repeat customers. If you're in the Des Moines area, whether you live there or are just passing through like we were, don't hesitate to give Cotofo's a call. Thanks guys!”

“After leaving the zoo, I didn’t realize that one of my tires had a shard of metal in it, Toros Tires is just a mile or two from the zoo and I pulled in completely flat. They 2 guys there jacked up my car right where it was and got a new tire on my car in less than 15 minutes. I had my 2 year old son with me and the guys were so kind to him and let him watch the whole process- he was so excited. $70, Cash only, well worth it. Saved me in such a stressful situation.”
