I've been shopping here for most of my life. They know me by name. I know most of them. They either have what I need on hand or (small town problems) will order it in for me.

Extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Not in a hurry. Wanted to be sure all our questions were answered. Showed us products in the store based on our questions. Even offered to help load our purchases into our car.
