Worst company ever!!! Hot Garbage!!! This company is a dumpster ?. I switched to American 1st Choice Home Club... based in the U.S. with call center that is U.S. based.

Warranty came with house. Telephoned American Home Shield and now in week two awaiting air conditioning repair. Literally too one week for a contractor to be assigned and haven't heard from contractor yet. Forget these guys, I'm calling local A/C contractor that's listed on hallway A/C controller.

I've come to conclude that AHS is just a fraudulent organization. Good luck working with American Home Shield.
