“I work for a courier service, and we somehow managed to shred a belt in half during route. Jerry’s got us in immediately, replaced the belt, found out we had a dead alternator, and replaced that as well. Elapsed time was 90 min. I’ve waited hours for tows, it takes days for any service, Evan small jobs, to be completed in Omaha. 90 min to replace 2 pretty major parts is unheard of. Can’t say enough good things about Jerry’s”

“Best shop in town. I called them and asked about fixing my car. I told them I wanted to take my car somewhere where they really knew what they were doing and would do a nice job. They went above and beyond on my car! I was in tears when I saw my car look the way it did when I got it back. “Had a tire blow on my husband's corvette happened at 1630 they came and loaded the car on flat bed. Was very careful not to damage front of car, it sits very low. Worked to get right tires at a decent price for car. Employee even gave us a ride home in Audubon. All after hours, great customer service. Nice to see at a time when customer service is almost nonexistent.”

When I showed up I asked if they could disable the easy entry/exit option on the driver's seat. They did both and charged only $58. Plus they showed me a few other things and took the extra time to do it right, things like this, I APPRECIATE. “Friendly staff, but was a little irritated when I walked back to pick up my vehicle an found staff standing around an talking to other employees whom were not on the clock. Employees need to stay on task, so vehicles wouldn't take an extra 25 minutes to get completed.”

“We had a great experience with Wittrock & Nate, our salesman. Found a car online, called about it. Nate sent us more pictures. We live in northern MN and could not drive to IA for 2 weeks after we found the car we wanted. We put a deposit down. Upon arriving on the set date, the car was waiting for us to test drive. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. We'd buy another car there. Even the 8 hour drive home was worth the experience.”
