“Stopped in to see if Jerry, the Registered Pharmacist, could help my daughter with her Imitrex Prescription. It was filled at a suburban Walgreens in Chicago. He was friendly and professional.After an 80 mile bike ride today at 92 F, she had a migraine. Jerry waited over thirty minutes for the Walgreen’s pharmacist to return from dinner and return his call. He even stayed open 30 minutes after normal business hours to help us.Jerry was $25.00 lower than Walgreen’s price. Not to mention, he gives old fashioned courteous service. My daughter was so appreciative with his high level of service. Call Jerry for fair prices.Thank you Jerry!”
“Finally took advantage of the grocery delivery tonight and I'm now wondering why I didn't do this before! The girl who delivered tonight was helpful and polite despite the cold:) the groceries all came as ordered and appropriately packed so bread wasn't squished, eggs weren't broken, and the frozen foods were still very frozen. “The pharmacy is a very detailed, precise and busy profession. I have had very poor and unprofessional constomer service from a pharmacy before. Because of that I am always watching out and just waiting to be treated that way again. I have recieved my medicine from 3 Wal-Mart's over the last 15+ years. I have always been treated with respect and great customer service. They do the best job around. So as far as I'm concerned as long as there is a walmart around where i live I will always get my medicine from 1. At the present time it is Carroll Wal-Mart doing a great job.”
