I have been using them for 15 plus years. I have loved them. But I was highly disappointed this time. I had an item on back order I asked them to ship everything but that. They said ok. I called 2 months later and they said the whole order was on back order and they can not ship until item is in. I told lady Cancel that item and send order. The lady on phone said it would be there today and order will be done. Well i called 3 weeks later saying wheres my item... When I talked to this one person it never came in and still on back order. I told her cancel the order and send the items. They ended up finally doing it.. but wrote down the wrong art work thank god they called me. So my last order took 3 months me calling 3 times. I think I still may use them but this was aweful.... again I have used them with me personal, work, and 3 youth organizations.... Just a horrible experience...

Delivery on two of my orders were a lot longer then expected. I put in orders in November (one at the beginning of Nov, one two weeks later at the end of Nov ) and did not receive them until Jan 18. I know there were a lot of holidays and days off from school that were in this time frame but I had reached out to my Sales Rep- Kyle after the first of the year (Jan 2 or 3) and was told they were still waiting on production of both orders.
