“After walking into this clinic for the first time a few weeks ago, I can confidently say that I will remain here long-term for my veterinary care. The staff and Dr. Whited are very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know my cat on a personal level. They made an individual care plan specific to his needs, versus other facilities that have your animal in and out within 10-15 minutes. They took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and were very patient and understanding. To me, this is very important and is one of my main deciding factors when choosing a clinic. I can truly say that Dr. Whited and the staff saved my cat's life, as they caught his kidney disease early by doing an in-depth examination and blood work. They put him on a special diet and medication and will closely be monitoring his progress so he is hopefully able to spend several more wonderful years with me. This veterinary clinic specializes in preventative medicine and individualized treatment, which is WELL worth it if you truly love your pet as family and want to stay on top of their health status! I owe it to the team at the Carroll Small Animal Clinic for giving me more time with my sweet boy!”
