About Lakeside Estates
Lakeside Estates is a well-maintained and inviting community that has been a nice place to call home for many residents over the years. The office staff has been generally helpful, and the community features amenities like a playground and, previously, a pool for residents to enjoy. However, some residents have expressed concerns about frequent changes in office management, unreliable communication about water shutoffs, and a lack of responsiveness from the maintenance team. Additionally, the upkeep of the homes and community has reportedly declined in recent years, while the lot rent has increased significantly. Despite these issues, many residents appreciate the sense of community and feel safe living in the neighborhood.

It's a trailer park/ RV park also has big field which to store stuff. Very nice place and friendly

Becky and Michelle have been amazing getting us into this new place. It has mainly been Becky who I’ve been working with though. She has been very patient and flexible with working with us and answering our questions. Her communication is excellent and she was usually available to help us. Even when she was on vacation.
