Great service! We were recently in the store looking specifically for Mrs. Meyer's products. They had a great selection and they also had a sale on the fall scents. A young man name Garrett assisted us. He was very knowledgable and helpful.

I had a Weber grille replaced under warranty so I didn’t buy a new grille from their store but they still offered to put it together for me when it came in. They helped me load it in my truck and even gave me a piece of cardboard so I wouldn’t scratch up my bed. Great customer service!

No bargains at Ace Hardware, but they always have the things I'm looking for . Always someone there to help if I need it. I'd rather pay an extra dollar here than have to order stuff online.

I normally experience a friendly atmosphere while here. Today I was meet with impatience, and an unwillingness to discuss options. A co-worker asked to be taught a simple skill to learn my request (lamp repair) and she was completely ignored by Jeremy. My voice and hers fell on deaf ears. My lamp is repaired at the cost of personal frustration.

The best staffed retail store ever! And honestly, for a small hardware store that's extremely convenient, the prices are very competitive!! A lot of their stuff is priced the same as Lowe's, home depot, Menards, etc. and they can get pretty much anything that the big bowlx stores can get and usually in a day or two.
