Stopped for fuel while traveling through. Most important is that the staff was very kind and helpful. Lacked the courtesy window washing fluid or squeegees available.

6:45 pm day before Thanksgiving ordered pizza my husband went to get it they have no ticket or pizza for us. Husband said guy was behind counter throwing pans? real professional. So now we are here 7:30 pm no supper after working all day. I even had a total of 40 and some change and he said 20 minutes. Do NOT waste your time ordering from this location ever. The reviews speak for themselves. The ONLY reason we did because the other caseys had 90 min wait, 126 min wait at another one.Finally got someone on the phone and low and behold they had out pizza they "misheard" my husband when he said my name. That almost makes it worse than not having a ticket at all so I told him we aren't picking our pizza up because he sent my husband to ANOTHER caseys, wasted time, wasted gas AND our pizzas have been done for a hour so I'm not paying and eating pizza that has been sitting. This is just ridiculous and not acceptable at all

Whoever was working on Sept. 30th around 8am, snob of a lady at the register. DO YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE someone would bring in a random slice of pizza to pay for it? And then question my husband where he got A CASEYS piece of PIZZA because he took the last one out of the warmer? Are you seriously on drugs? HONESTLY. And then mumble something under your breath and when my husband asks what you said you snap back with “I was talking to myself” LADY YOU ARE LUCKY I WAS NOT IN THERE. A whole MESS of nothing. From now on you’ll see me in there every time with my husband WAITING for you to slip up again, see how fast your lips stop working.

Ordered a pizza online and when I got there the ticket didn’t print so I had to wait like an extra 10 mins for the pizza. Not that big of a deal. They threw in a coupon for a large free pizza the next time I come in. Real nice of them.

I went in before closing and was rushed out, I also went to get a couple monsters and found that one was bad so in brought it to there attention and she said “ I didn’t think it was that bad” very poor customer service. Also shut the gas lights off on someone filling up on gas. Will never go back to this store ever.

I went for gas in the snowstorm. I was also using my HyVee fuel saver. After pumping my gas and paying for it, I thought the price was high yep they didn't take off my savings. After going in and asking for help I was told the mgr couldn't make it work this morning either. Nothing they were willing to do. I lost almost $10 because of this. Not Happy.
