I went there to use the bathroom and went to their bathroom and their bathrooms are disgustingly clean while the cashier just sits there on their phones not doing nothing but snobby attitude with a dirty restroom

Hands down. The worst pizza I have ever gotten from caseys. Go to any other store. Travel to any other one. Trust me. Absolutely trash. Wait was terrible. Paid for extra cheese. Didn't get any. The pizza was hardly cooked. And the one that was cooked was burnt.

Your lady's bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Both stalls were disgusting. We filled up with gas but had to go somewhere else!!! Next time we will go to Kwik Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

this store has a problem with opening on time. late openings happen at least twice a week if not more here and when I mean late I don't mean a couple minutes. April 9 2025 430 am still not open states they open at 4am

Almost every time I go to this Casey’s the employees don’t say hi to customers coming in, they focus on chatting with each other and cursing about how much they hate their job. When getting checked out at the register they still don’t say hi or how’s your day they continue talking/complaining to each other. The manager talks like she’s a 10 year old like actually uses a childish high pitch voice.

I ordered a large supreme pizza with chicken wings and cheese bread to feed my family dinner. My wife went to pick up the food and waited over 1/2 an hour after our “Promised time”. I was starting to get worried so I texted her and she sent me a picture with smoke bellowing from the kitchen. The kitchen also had bags of trash in the floor along with a ladder and other stuff scattered throughout. We live five minutes away and when my wife got home everything was cold (not even warm and yes she pre paid the $30 bill while waiting). When I called to straighten the situation up the assistant manager asked was my wife there waiting? Seriously!!!! Yes for 45 minutes!! This Casey’s needs to be shut down!! Absolutely horrible uneatable cold food!! I used to order multiple times a week but never again!!!

Disappointed that the Meat Galore pizza was not cooked done. Also the 2 sauces I ordered were left out.
