“Ordered on line a woman’s XL dress blouse. Received a 2T boys t shirt. Called the 1-800 # and I was told I have to go to the store to do an exchange. The whole point of ordering online was to not go to the store that is over an hour away. I was so frustrated. I called the Cedar Falls store to see if they could help me. Spoke to the mgr. Sergio and he was so helpful and accommodating. He was able to take care of the exchange and instructions on what to do with the 2T shirt and was so kind and professional. Very grateful for his help!”
