“RAYGUN is an unusual place to pick up a few things. They do have 'some clothes' but they are limited & I wouldn't say they are not a clothing store at all. They have a variety of things, from prints to buttons to totes. Oh my.”

“Ordered on line a woman’s XL dress blouse. Received a 2T boys t shirt. Called the 1-800 # and I was told I have to go to the store to do an exchange. The whole point of ordering online was to not go to the store that is over an hour away. I was so frustrated. I called the Cedar Falls store to see if they could help me. Spoke to the mgr. Sergio and he was so helpful and accommodating. He was able to take care of the exchange and instructions on what to do with the 2T shirt and was so kind and professional. Very grateful for his help!”

“Visited Ross twice this month. They have a huge selection of several different items and products. This store reminds me of a Amazon return store but very good quality and prices. They have something for everyone. From clothing, footware, and house goods to cologne's/perfumes and pet supplies. I will definitely be visiting again.”
