College Square Mall has seen better days. Many stores have left due to high rent prices, leaving the mall feeling dead and dwindling. Today, there are only a few shops and eateries, such as a furniture store, a beauty college, and Huhot for dinner. The mall is primarily known for its pizza place, which locals say offers the best pizza in town and ranks among the top five in the state. Visitors often go there for the pizza or to walk with children, especially since the limited stores make it less ideal for shopping. Some longtime visitors remember it as a lively place with many shops and good memories, even working there in the past. However, now it feels quiet and sad, and many wonder if it will ever be revitalized. There are still some gems like Trinkets and Togs, which offers clothing and knickknacks, especially during sales. Overall, the mall's current state is quiet and somewhat sad, with only a few places worth visiting, mainly for the pizza or nostalgic reasons.
The mall is making a big comeback! There’s a ways to go but so much more going on.

The foot traffic was so nice to see. Still a lot of store fronts that are empty. But it has some fun new shops. If everyone does their part and starts to go into the mall then it will just keep growing.
