Still under mileage for free oil change with purchase and under two years from when we actually bought it but they denied free oil change because it had been “ordered” in their system a month earlier. Mailing said I had until the end of the year. They didn’t tell me this until after my oil change was complete so I had to pay $75 for what should have been free. Not a great way to keep a loyal customer who has bought 2 new vehicles there. Actual vehicle has been good, their customer service is not.

$200 per hour for mechanic labor is not competitive and may even be gouging.

I bought an absolutely beautiful new ‘25 Accord here. I had a great initial experience. The customer service here is good, they are friendly and want to sell you a vehicle and a protection plan. However, and I am saddened to have to say this, but I would really like it if they were a bit more meticulous with services, especially on a brand new car. My vehicle still had a small piece of plastic film on it right next to the shifter where the gears are shown, I did not notice this until after my interior and exterior ceramic/wax coating was done, so there will be scratches on that area now... Minor, but for what they charge for it, that probably should’ve been noticed. I’ve also had a squeaking with my vehicle on gravel roads. They initially retorqued the suspension and said it was fine. It was not. The service manager then went along on a ride with me and acknowledged this noise, but apparently the service tech said all the Accords do it, so they aren’t doing anything about it, and would not tell me the cause of the noise. There is also a ticking coming from what I am guessing is the blower motor when the vehicle is cold and the heat is on, and I am guessing they will tell me all the Accords do it.
