I have serviced my vehicle(s) at Community for over 15 years and their service department is always friendly, fair and helpful. I can always trust that the job is done correct, they are fast, and they never try to up-sell you on un-needed service. If I ever have an issue, they make it right. I highly recommend!Services: Oil change

Over the years I have called at least 10 times to try to get a hold of the service department or the parts department the receptionist is always nice but nobody ever picks up in these departments I'm going to have to say if you are actually that busy maybe you should hire more people. Take a hard pass on doing business with this company.

It took me several weeks to decide to afford diagnostic services for my vehicle. Prior to doing so I reached out to Chevy and was promised a satisfactory client experience as well as a guaranteed diagnosis of my vehicle however I was lied to. I was charged for several inappropriate and incorrect statements about my car. I was not given a accurate Diagnosis yet was charged for one. I spent several (12-15 weeks) troubleshooting the issue with several mechanics and was hoping for a final resolution and diagnosis and community fell very short of my expectations for the money I was charged. I’m still sitting here today with a vehicle that runs worse than it did prior to taking it to community. I would not recommend it’s services because I believe it fears hard work and assessing the complete or complex situations customers face and turn to community for and instead offers a general opinion in order to get paid while never solving the problem. I am very disappointed in the story chevy sold me and the lack of diagnostics offered by communityService: Engine repair

will never purchase A vehicle from them again. Had nothing but issues with my initial purchase ended up trading that car in for an SUV because of all the issues within one month of the car. Then within one year my entire rear differential is needing replaced asked to go to a Nissan dealer in order to be replaced community will not issue me a loaner because they are not the ones fixing it.

They do good work and Mark and folks are good people......buuutt they never have loaners and the labor cost is really high. So that's why the 3 stars.

I avoided this dealership after HATEING the way a salesman treated me about three years ago (shortly after moving to the area). However last year I purchased a vehicle here, was delighted with the salesmen (Jeff) and since then I have used the service department multiple times and they have not disappointed me yet.Great place yo buy a car, even better place to have service done on it!

I stopped in the Service Department to inquire about a problem. Mark did not ask for information on the problem and just stated they needed to perform diagnostic tests. It would be appreciated if people would try to understand your issue before wanting your money.
