I usually pop in here at least once a Cedar Falls visit. This is the only place my sister buys milk and cream. But, there's so much more to browse through here: coffee from local roasters, homemade baked goods, cheeses, farm-raised meat, maple syrup, Iowa wine..... I was so surprised by the wine packs (like adult juice packs). Some were more than portable and included a lanyard. Fun place. Reserving five stars for when I try their ice cream.

Went to Hansens on Friday, and found everything I needed. The store was well stocked, and very clean too. I saw people cleaning the windows even, and wiping the counters when I went to check out. My cashier's name was Kelly, and she was super friendly and kind. She even offered to help me out with all my sacks of groceries. Will definitely recommend and be back again soon!

Cute little creamery tucked away in a quaint gas station store. Family owned with simple flavors and unbeatable prices.

Stopped in for a gallon of milk, shredded cheese, quart of cream and 3 pounds of butter. The staff assisting asked me if I wanted a bag! Just for effect I said "what?" They repeated the question and I paused for more effect and said incredulously "yes!" Added the cream to the bag myself and hobbled out of the store! What are these kids are not learning in school or at home just slays me. Could you not look at that pile of heavy groceries and tell I was going to need a bag? Some help to my car would have been nice but I knew better than to push my luck. Oh just give me the job to train new staff for an hour and nobody would want to work! Dang this irritates me to no end. And you two know you are guilty! This better never, ever happen to me again here!

Local ice cream as well as other locally made items. Ice cream cones are fantastic. Definitely worth stopping in.

Sarah needs a serious attitude adjustment, stood there with my fiancé mind you we were the only 2 in the store. Sarah was drawing on an application behind the counter for 10 minutes before I finally spoke up and said we were ready to order, she then proceeded to throw my fiancés ice cream on the counter and ring her up before asking what I wanted and after hearing me say I'd be paying for us both. after ringing in my fiancés stuff I said I was ready to order which she rolled her eyes over and in the most rude and disrespectful way said and I quote "what do ya want then?" won't be returning staff doesn't care about customers and don't even get me started on the other members of the staff who consistently listened to the way we we're being treated and ignored the wrongful acts of their coworker. please someone who works in HR OR ANY MANAGEMENT REACH OUT TO ME VIA EMAIL

We just moved to the Cedar valley and have tried a lot of ice cream. A number of people have recommended Hansens Dairy and today we stopped there on a walk. Great ice cream, friendly workers. They also sell a number of local products (beer, kombucha, meats). Can buy their ice cream in cartons too ($6.79/half gallon--would be worth it). We'll be back.

Best breakfast pizza ever! The crust to the pizza is so good. Love their pizza in general but there is something about the breakfast pizza that just starts your day out right. You can order ahead from the kitchen or stop by and buy a slice. Also best ice cream in the cedar valley! Nice place to hang with the family or friends. Clean and cozy atmosphere. Great selection of local products.
