Let's not forget goodwill gets government assistance as well. Don't feed me excuses on we have to fund your programs. The government does that
I left in a rage today. I enjoy thrifting, but this is absurd anymore I'll just go to Walmart for similar prices. Something needs to change. They only way is to stop going. Goodwill has a ludicrous quota system which leads to overpricing their items to new prices. All donated items. This is not consignment and it's unacceptable. Absolutely avoid.
Whoever is pricing items is dense or forced by corporate. Either way they are ruining thrifting. I'll just go to Walmart

The manager came out to receive my items to donate, and because I pulled in the other way because my door is broken on my van he refused to take my things. He was very rude and told me to take my donations of elsewhere.. Here I was trying to do a good deed by making his job easier and he was jerk to me

this goodwill was by far the nicest one we've ever been in. great prices compared to ours closer to home, this one is really well organized, has nice spacing between rows so it wasn't awkward trying to pass by people, and it was clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. if we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely be visiting this one again!

Store is very organized and easy to find your way around. The employees are amazing people. They are happy to work their and are super helpful and peasant. If your looking for vintage this is not the place to go but if your just looking to find some things it is great. Most things are reasonably priced and I almost always have a great experience.

This goodwill is not for the fun day of thrifting. Lots of discount stuff being resold for higher than what you could get it at new. Take a quick look in the garbage for all the cool vintage pieces donated. What a shame. The goodwills in the wloo/cf area have really marked stuff up and pick unfortunate items to put out. Check out neighboring communities for better bargains and a true thrifter selection rather than the dollar tree or dollar general redos.
