They are an amazing little Cedar Falls art center. Friends of the Hearst Center have boosted the budget for them in the last couple of years. They rotate the displays every couple of months. This summer they are hosting music in the park every week. They also have summer art camps.

Fantastic local art center. There is also a really nice stage in the back that allows live performances and presentations. There is an art gallery that is towards the front half of the center. Downstairs there classrooms etc. Very cool space. I hear the outdoor grounds are nice too. I've only spent much time there during the winter so I don't know much about the outdoors there.

Tucked into a residential neighborhood near the University of Northern Iowa campus, this former home of the poet James Hearst is now an arts museum and center that features ongoing art exhibits, special literary, musical and cinematic events, and a range of arts classes.
