Erika and Jenna are absolutely amazing to work with! They make the move in process smooth and are always open to feedback! This new management is a major upgrade! They have also done a ton of new renovations and host fun events! Great option for student housing!

The price is great, but that's all I can really say. Management is nice, but it seems to be changing every few months, so that's probably changing. There is also a decent thief problem and there seems to be no punishment for being one.

The management has gotten BETTER! Kudos to Erika for handling my maintenance concern promptly. Thank you isn't enough as they literally showed an urgency on attending my concerns. Fingers crossed to a continuous good service they're giving right now 🤞
