“Fantastically great experience with Scott Parsons and my renter's apartment insurance. Signing up for the quote was easy-as pie when I initially signed up a couple of years ago. Every year, they sent me an e-mail and a couple snail mail letters to let me know that it was going to be time to renew soon. I had a monthly or annual option. Rates were cheap (way cheaper than where I live now!), and it was effortless and easy. A bit more reminder/snail mail letters that I really needed, but it wasn't overwhelming or spammy. (I'm looking at you, AAA) Now that I was moving, I needed to transfer my renter's insurance. I called their office and had a solution within a couple of minutes - and their office e-mailed me to check back in later on to ensure that the transfer went well. Zero complaints about Scott Parson's insurance. Was a good experience when I had it - and luckily I never needed to make a claim.”
