We just purchased a new 2024 Rogue! We are so excited! We were out of town for weeks dealing with family issues and Tendai knew we were watching and waiting for the perfect Rogue and the perfect time to make the purchase he kept us updated on promotions and rebates! After several text and some negotiating he said send us a down payment and we will hold it for you! We got the this morning and everything was all written up and ready to go Todd was great helping with the paperwork! Tendai trained us on using everything in the car now we need to practice !! We keep going back because they truly care about their customers and we love the services they provide!!

We bought an old Mustang from these people last December. Didn't realize until I got home the odometer was broken. Called them and one of them claimed they just forgot to tell me. That's illegal. Air conditioning stopped working almost immediately, and my mechanic suspects they charged it to cover up a big leak. That's just sleazy.
We were well aware we were buying a classic car, but we were assured it had been “babied” by a neighbor of one of the employees. We got one half hour ride in it after we got home, and then the problems started. We've had to have work done on virtually every system in the car now, including a new transmission, spending nearly as much on repairs as we originally paid for the thing. Thankfully, it's appreciated in value enough to cover all those costs. Had we bought a regular car from them, we'd be totally upside down right now.
The dealer’s response to all this was to blame us for buying a “cheap” car and to talk down to my wife like she was stupid (multiple employees treated her that way). One of them even bragged about selling 140 cars a month to convey that our business meant nothing to them. I attempted to reach out to the owner two different ways and he couldn't be bothered to respond.
If you are looking for a used car for your kid or yourself, avoid this place like the plague. You mean nothing to them. And if you're looking for a Nissan, do a little research first. Their CVT transmissions are awful and the Rogue is literally one of the most unreliable vehicles on the market.
