My favorite store to shop but the shoe section should be rearranged so it's not so chopped up and allow customers to easily walk up and down the aisles.

The shopping is pleasant enough, it's getting through the whole checkout ordeal making sure you actually get the discounts advertised after standing in line and if you questions them on a price they send you to another line at customer service to start all over again. Pretty sure they want you to give up and give in, just to get the heck out of there, that way they don't have to honor the so called sale price.

I didn't know l was entitled to a 30% discount on my purchases so the cashier asked me to the check my emails from Kohl's,when l checked l saw the message and based on the message she gave me the discount. I was happy and grateful to the cashier.
