Over a year ago we purchase a bed and frame from Mattress by Appointment.Prior to the appointment: Phenomenal Communication, Accommodation and Service with Kelsey.During the Appointment: Great quality, explanation of different bed and frames. We purchased a King bed with an adjustable frame. Cannot beat their pricing and service.Over a year later: We tell everyone to come here! Even when we are gone for one night, we come home and say "oh we missed our bed". I enjoy going to bed every night.

I woke up this morning for the first time in a long time without pain! The appointment and buying experience was so easy and enjoyable. These awesome ladies know what they are doing! Super helpful and patient. Answered all my questions (I had alot) so I could make an informed decision. I love my new bed! And for you side sleepers, their side sleeping pillows are amazing as well!

Kelsey was very friendly from the second I talked to her on the phone. She greeted us at the store with a wonderful smile. She was very helpful helping me find what I was looking for. She was not pushy at all, gave us time to make our decision and worked with us to make the deal happen. I do recommend checking them out.

Where do I start. They were PERFECT! I haven't bought a bed in over 10 years within the first 3 minutes I had every option offered to me. VERY informational. They made buying a bed so easy. If you ever are in need of a bed. These two ladies ARE the ones you are looking for. I was in and out with a new bed in 30 minutes. My forever mattress store!

The mattress ladies rock. They totally helped us get what we needed and offered education information that we didn’t know about maintaining our purchase. We are totally excited to begin sleeping on our new bed,bedding and pillows. So over joyed we selected mattress by appointment .

We planned on shopping around for a new bed, and this was our first stop. We were blown away by the whole experience. The customer service and personal attention, low pressure, and discounts and flexibility were outstanding. We walked out with an incredible new bed and have been sleeping better than ever! Can’t say enough good things about this small business!

Hands down. The easiest and most laid back experience that I have had in a long time. Katie was very easy to talk to. No pressure. Just a relaxed one on one atmosphere so it made it comfortable for me to lay on mattresses. Great Prices. Great people Highly recommend!!! Don’t Miss out on this experience!!

BAIT AND SWITCH! I made the mistake of trusting them as i was down sizing and needed a full size mattress. I went in and asked for a box springs and rails, along with a full size mattress. what i got was a cheap mattress which is too small. they finally agreed to upgrade me with a 50 percent off of the upgrade. this sounded good, however, they never responded when i contacted them.. They had no intention of upgrading mine . STAY AWAY!!!!update: they swapped it; however told me the one i wanted was out of stock; and they would not order it. why? because they are con artists, they knew i needed one and they could sell me the more expensive! STAY AWAY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!
