THIS store is the only reason I'm still a customer. They did what I asked and closed the account and helped me get my account figured out. Went above and beyond for customer service.”
“I absolutely love this store. Has all the retro stuff I enjoy finding. From funko to GameCube to gameboy to anything! I would have given it a 5 star but there’s this one dude that doesn’t like to communicate with anyone. He barely likes to deal with you at check out. It’s also not hard to hear him when he tries to whisper his voice carry’s. Now I know how you actually feel so when you are working I won’t be coming in anymore I’ll just wait till the next day or just go to GameStop if I’m in dire need. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t wanna talk he never seems really tht busy sitting behind counter. Plus there wasn’t very many pple maybe 3 at most and they weren’t even at the counter.”

“i went into this store trying to figure out what to do with my phone plan. there were a couple different options for me and the people on my phone plan and Brad took the time to explain everything thoroughly and write it all down so i could discuss it with the people on the phone plan. we went back the next day and Brad walked us both through everything again and made sure we knew exactly what everything meant and what we were paying for. he was SO kind, patient, and super friendly. i was actually looking forward to going back and talking to him the next day! i would highly recommend him to anyone, he made that experience so pleasant. the entire staff was so friendly and attentive as well. thanks Brad, you are so awesome:)”
