They get busy at times so it may take longer than other shops but I feel like most times I get in, I get my car within a decent time frame.I do worry with the disorganization with the front desk - I came in and they didn’t have all my services done already in the system but they made sure to go over everything.May just need better help in getting management and in explaining what needs are urgent on a vehicle and what work has been done and why for those who aren’t super knowledgeable. Otherwise did a good job and would go again when needing help quick.(Work I got done was an synthetic oil change, brake replacement, and new battery - cost for all three for my Hyundai Elantra 2018 was just under $800 - yall car experts let me know if I was overcharged or not)”
