I wouldn't say the store was anything special in terms of the products carried or pricing. But the staff were very nice and our puppy was given a treat while checking out.

The place in cedar falls Iowa is terrible they ain’t sold fish there in almost 2 month due to a disease at this point they should cut there loses and start over with new fish this place is ridiculous and I will not be going back

Great experience and lots of healthy products. Self pet wash is amazing and convenient. The blower hose was broke when I was there but the other one worked just fine. Loved it

Love this little pet supply shop. My dog loves the little homemade treats by the register! Unfortunately, the last three of four times I've come, they've been out of crickets for my geckos. Since that's my main reason for stopping by, it's frustrating.

Store is always clean and well cared for. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful.
One female employee I feel like has decided she doesn't like us and refuses to sell us fish.
Today she came around the corner and started asking if we needed help, stopped talking mid sentence and turned around.
A previous visit refused to sell us a snail for a 5 gallon tank with 1 fish. Then turned around and sold 6+ fish to someone coming in saying they killed 70 guppies moving with minimal questions.
Also Refused to sell us a beta for a 2.5 gallon tank (now has a 5 gallon tank) which is really confusing when they sell 1 gallon tanks on the betta display.
We will still utilize the store. It's just frustrating and discouraging for a kiddo that really wants to learn and care for her pets correctly. She initially came in with a full listing researched questions and supply needs. She was very helpful to her until she said the tank was 2.5 gallons then has been difficult
I do appreciate stores that don't just sell animals to make a profit and want to educate. Everyone else has been very kind.

This is one of the only places in CF that sells super worms our bearded dragon, and the closest place to our house - but they very rarely actually have any in stock, and when they do - are frequently not in great shape. Yesterday they also didn’t even have any cookies for the dogs so couldn’t make it worth the trip at all.

Their store is amazing the staff was very helpful and attentive towards my need for information in dog treats. I have never been to there store it was my first time and definitely not my last cause we LOVED IT. The staff was very NICE and very polite. Thank you ?
