I recently visited this nail shop and had a terrible experience. During my pedicure, a wet towel was brought over in a clear garbage bag, and when it was applied to my legs, I noticed a horrible, mildew-like smell. Despite multiple washes, the odor wouldn’t go away, even after they tried to mask it with lotion.
To make matters worse, the nail technician had a terrible attitude. She barely acknowledged me and spent most of the time on her phone. When I expressed my discomfort, she reacted by hitting the desk, making me feel unwelcome. It’s not surprising they only have one customer a day. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed and cannot recommend this place.

Arrived on a Tuesday at 1pm and got right in. Great price on a basic pedicure and lots of colors from which to choose.

This used to be my favorite place. Mai used to do my brows perfectly. And I had my 1st pedicure here and a few more since. Mai left. The last 2 eyebrow waxes left me with bare spots and no arch. The last 3 pedicures by 3 different people were painful. My nails cut way too short. And the tools were all reused. She burned my toe with the nail dremmel. Then I went to pay. With a card like always. I had an envelope in my hand which I had a dollar amount written on under my wallet. She said no you pay with cash? I said no ni don't have $90 cash. Which was for me and my daughter. Simple pedicure. Hers was supposed to be $25 only. She then said, "I see you have money." I had a minimal amount. Then she proceeds to charge me $8 to use their credit card machine! Never Again!

While I would love to keep this salon all to myself. I can’t do that because they deserve all the hype and attention. I love coming here and the attention to detail is amazing. You wont regret choosing this place. From what I understood, they will be changing to V nails and spa down the road but right now it is Q nails and spa!!

Highly recommended the lady that did mine and my 2 sisters nails was fantastic she took her time even though they closed at 8pm she stayed till 9:40pm did a fantastic job will definitely be back

went on a Tuesday afternoon, pleasant greeting and offered a beverage on arrival. she took her time and gave me a very relaxing and pleasant pedicure. so much better than the larger nail salons that hurry you through. highly recommend this laid back place

I have been going here for over a year and I always love my nails! The ladies are very good at creating the look I'm going for. I never have to wait long to get in either. Would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend had an appt. Tried to me get me to get a new set just so they could wrk on other people walking in. Then told me maybe i should go somewhere else. They are always short staffed product cheap too always chipping off. Prices are cheaper because u get what u pay for.
