Our door came off the track, the line was useless in helping. They wanted us to either leave all our items unlocked with a stuck open door for four days or immediately move all of our items. Then when I fixed the door on my own they charged me to “move back” to my initial unit. You’d think a company would have some sort of maintenance on call. Useless customer service.

Very easy to get set up. A little trouble understanding agent on a couple questions. It only took about 15 minutes and I had my code and unit number. Prices are very competitive.

I rented a truck with uhaul and my move took longer than I had expected and I couldn't find affordable storage space to rent so I started getting worried then I went to Google and found Red Dot Storage and they made me worry free from transferring from a too small storage to the one I needed to really good customer service and most importantly reasonable price. I would refer and highly recommend anyone in the world to Red Dot Storage THEY ARE REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!!!!

I would first like to say the security is terrible. The cameras do not show all of the units so if your unit gets broken into you’re going to be sol. There isn’t anyone onsite to speak to. If you have an issue you call a 1800 number which is very frustrating. The local police officers say they wouldn’t recommend the Chancellor dr. Location or the Westminster dr. Location because of all of the break ins. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this company.

Would give zero stars if i could. I went to my unit for the first time, and when I was trying to leave the door got jammed. I sat on call for 45 minutes for assistance, when I did they said they couldn’t fix the door for 2-3 weeks, and said my only option was moving to a 10x10 unit. I then was told I would have to pay the difference of cost when it’s not my fault that the unit was obviously already broken. Ridiculous. There are so many other things that were wrong with this situation. Just don’t go with them as your storage unit.

We should be able to select no stars!!! I have been trying to get a NEW storage unit at this facility and am unable to do so because you can't use the 24/7 kiosks.... I've tried online five times to not be able to "complete" and over the phone five times only to be cut off right after all my cc info iwas put in... I've called customer service 12 times to still not have a storage unit at all.... why offer 27/7 kiosks rental if you actually don't.... time to move on... better luck to the next person.... I'm over it

I took a friend here so she could get some things from her unit. While the place itself is nice, the entryway is horrific. It's pretty tight fit for one vehicle, personally, if I were to need a storage unit, the overly tight-fitting, ill-design of the entryway alone would turn me away.
