My husband got a month trial and when the time frame to cancel it for future services before being charged came he did have it canceled but yet we were still charged for a months worth.
Yesterday we went out of town and it was a rainy day - and ended up having to travel on gravel. The first stop when we got back to town was Tidal Wave as my vehicle was rather a mess. My husband and I were pretty disappointed with how much mess was still remaining on my vehicle when we noticed when we got home. See first 3 pics.
THEN I decided to take it back through today only to find out when I get to work that it really didn't do anything more - it is honestly annoying how much is still left on the vehicle. It's not like it sat and dried for days before getting washed. Next pictures are from today after being washed a 2nd day in a row.

We live on gravel and our truck was caked with mud and gravel, Treyton advised us on the best wash for our F150 truck and thoroughly scrubbed the truck down prior to entering the automatic wash, highly recommend!!

An amazing wash!! Takes their time to work on your vehicle and get at the bugs. They leave bottles of spray and towels to help dry off the rest of your car and to clean the inside, would most definitely recommend

I ❤️ this car wash! I bought a carwash on Black Friday weekend and signed up for their monthly deal. I tried it out for a month thinking I would cancel before it renewed. 4 months later...I am still a member. The staff, especially Hunter, are always friendly. The vacuums are powerful and I like the clean towels and cleaning spray provided. Definitely recommend.
