I've been going here since 2018 and I will say this is the worst service I've ever received... I was made fun of for not knowing the difference between acrylic and manicure. Figured it was the same thing. I told the guy I wanted them painted normally and the guy pushed for gel after I said no. There is a lot of room between my cuticle and nail. I felt like he was trying to get more money by having gel instead of what the customer wanted. I will never be going back here again and will not refer anyone else. Very angry with my experience, especially after paying 64 dollars!!

I’ve been going to Top Nails for 4 years now and my nail tech is no longer working there due to moving to another town.. the young lady he left all of his customers to is a sweetheart and is excellent at what she does… she’s definitely my is my go to person now. The other staff members are really nice and helpful as well.

They cut my cuticle and he complained about because I have pain , he hard my hand more then one , he complain in Vietnamese language so he doesn't know people can understand sometimes when you spoke, yes I said I'm not paying for this and show them . Is the way they treat people after we return for believe can do a great job again.

My daughter and I went in for manicures. She was cut twice as the tech was trimming her cuticles, bled quite a bit, and the tech didn’t even apologize. One of my nails is loose on the edge and the polish hasn’t even been on 5 hours. $38 for these manicures/service? So disappointing.

I stopped here on the off chance that they do eyebrows. The salon I usually go to no longer provides this service. It is a beautiful facility and I decided to go ahead with a pedicure. I have problems with ingrown toenails and they took care of them very well. After the painful removal of the ingrown toenailsI had a fantastic leg and foot massage. This was all at the reasonable price of a basic pedi! Next time I will take a step up! I am returning here tomorrow to have nails filled. I believe I have found my new place for pampering!

I went to top nails to get a fill only ! After he was done, he said $85, I said for a fill only I’ve never paid that much for a fill, (no designs or anything )?He said I charged you that much because your nails are long?like I said I’ve never paid that much for a fill only! I’ve always had long nails so I paid him $85. Then I waited a week and called back and I asked them how much do they charge for a fill only the man that answered the telephone said $40 , I said, why did you guys charge me $85 for a fill only and he said because my nails were long!I will never go there again! He didn’t seem to care either that he ripped me off and believe me I don’t care either because he’ll never get another dime from me ever!
