Edian was so patient and great with me and my situation. He had no problem re explaining everything to my dad and breaking it down in a way he would understand. He never got frustrated ( or at least it didn’t show) with us, always had a pleasant smile/face. Cole was very helpful when any of us had questions or if something came up Edian had a question on. Very pleasant experience and I felt valued and appreciated as a customer.

This was the best service, took a little time, but they made it fun. Edian was the best. Edian and Cole are the best duo. Thank you Edian and Cole. They made the time go by quick. They also do a good job at explaining.

Sean single handedly changed my entire outlook on tech. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had in one of your stores. Sean took care of everything competently and explained everything as we went. Fast friendly and so helpful!!

I have had nothing but problems. I paid for a box for internet. Special $30/month. Wrong! Try $70! And no phone or tech support. It expired almost immediately! And here it is middle of a clear sun-shiney day and no internet!

Worst ever. They sold me a screen protector and when it broke because they put it on wrong they said “we put it on as a courtesy it’s not our fault our guy screwed up putting it on, you’re SOL”. What a joke

This is the worse place to go the customer service is terrible!!!! They are rude and disrespectful. They don't apologize for mistakes they make. Trust me don't go there especially if you are a person of color.

My family and I switched to us cellular from Verizon and it was the worst mistake we've ever made. They had told us what our bill was going to be monthly and it has changed 3 DIFFERENT times. We just joined 3 months ago and have had this many problems already. The guy we had when signing up didn't bother to tell us that Hotspot and out of country calls would cost more and the customer service guy I talked to told us that they sneak around telling you these things. Don't ever sign up for auto pay either. We had an auto payment come out for our bill which put it at a zero balance, they then took it upon themselves to take out an extra payment which was not authorized. Highly disappointed in us cellular and going to be going back to Verizon where our bill way always the same.

My husband and I went in there wanting to change our phone service from boost mobile and get something better and got great phones that we really liked spent almost 300 dollars that we really couldn't afford but just decided it's now or never and walked out only to find out that we lived in a dead zone and the towers near us was only 4g and we didnt have any service where we lived. We called tech support and they ran tests and they were really bad. How in the h.. E... Double toothpicks were we supposed to pay them every month when we couldn't even use our phones? You would think they would do tests or tell you before walking out with phones whether or not the phones would even work! They said it could be a year before more towers would even be up. That's pretty messed up. We took our phones back and they did wave our fee for bringing the phone back but they were still trying to charge me for the connection fee. I was like.... Uhhhhhh connection fee for phones we couldn't use???? I wanted all my money back. Also the strip on my card wouldn't work when I paid for the phones and the guy manually punched in the numbers to Take money.. But they couldn't manually do it to give me back my money conveniently. So now I have to wait 7 tp 10 days for a check. Do not go there unless u know u are near a tower. Even then your phone won't work in some places in waterloo cedar falls. My husband couldn't use his phone at work and I couldn't use my phone in elk run in my mom's house. Go somewhere else. I dis chew them out... I'm not usually a Karen but I dis get all my money back. Well not yet.. Waiting for a check. Good luck to me.

Over the weekend I found myself in need of a new phone due to my dog getting their paws on mine and I cannot say enough good things about this US Cellular! I was immediately greeted by Stephanie when I walked in and she was so knowledgeable throughout the process of getting a new phone and made sure that I got a great deal - and I even walked out with a new iPad! On top of this, I believe his name was Nate, was incredibly friendly and I had a great time discussing our similar hobbies with him during the the time it took my phones to transfer. Upfront and honest experience with very helpful employees, which is not something you get most places anymore. I can't wait to bring my husband in to upgrade his phone next!

BUYERS BEWAREThey will assume (without even asking you) that you want to purchase $180+ worth of accessories and then include the cost in your monthly price and not explain other than saying it's a bundle that includes everythingThey do the same with Device Protection and most other add-ons like tablet lines or home internet. Just assuming you want it and only getting consent on the monthly total cost. They call it assumptive selling, I call it scamming customersThey coach their representatives to do so and it you don't, you are put on performance write upsThis business doesn't care about it's customers but only profiting off of them and they can't even do it the right way... gotta trick you into buying things.
