Shouldn’t take hours for a pickup to be ready when it’s placed by 2pm and literally one item. With little to no cars in the parking lot on a Wednesday, it seems strange to wait that long. Seems this location and workers struggle with the customer service aspect of things shown by other reviews as well. I’ve worked retail and have had to do these orders before so have first hand experience with this and it doesn’t take that long. People at this location are rude as well. In person and on the phone. Listen to reviews! Wish I did.

My friend and I loved to come here monthly for a little treat ourself shopping but recently with the way the store is laid out I can’t even get her wheelchair through the store. It has become a struggle for accessibility for us. I thought it was just going to be for the holidays but the displays in the middle of the isles have not gone away. I wish we could go back because we loved shopping here but unfortunately it has become nearly impossible. 😢

The cashier with long , straight blonde hair needs some serious customer service 101 training. Such as properly greeting customers and thanking them at end of transaction for a start.
I apparently interrupted something important she was doing behind the counter. Rest of the employees were fine.

I was abandoned at the entrance of the store and most of the workers were so rude when I asked for help.. one of them in a white coat just walked away from me. Fun to look around but don’t go there looking for any help

I was there this evening and bought Bare Minerals make up...not cheap! The employee grabbed it for me. I get home and it was opened with no powder left. So I call cuz I spent 40$. I was questioned rudely. I went back to store. The manager wanted to know what problem was and I showed her. I felt as though she didn't believe me. And was treated rudely. She said she never had that before..and this time she would replace it. I said this time? I told her I only bought once from there and this never happened before. I walked away feeling badly cuz of her disrespect.. i am an honest person I'm not going home dumping out make up and trying to get more out of u. Definitely will not buy from there again check ur cameras.....find ur problem...

This is based solely on the curbside pickup… it is awful. You check in and wait 10-15 min, call them, and they turn and look at you through the window shocked. I’m not sure the system, but doesn’t seem to be a good one.
