I had to go through the drive-through this morning and online I read that the drive-through opened at 8:30. I get there around 8:30 and there’s a truck ahead of me then another car pulls up behind me. The truck waited for about 10 minutes before somebody finally came and talked to him before he drove off. When I pulled up the woman said that they are closed and open at 9 (even though the window still says that drive-through is open at 8:30). It’s not a big deal if hours are changed, even temporarily, but it needs to be better communicated. Both online (Google) and their window said drive-through opened at 8:30. Even a simple paper sign taped to the window would have informed us that drive-through wasn’t open yet and we wouldn’t have wasted our time.

This US bank branch has been awesome to work with. My wife and I have checking, savings, and home loan through them. They are a very helpful group, and always treat us like family. They're always smiling and helpful! It's been a pleasure doing business with them

Charge $7 to cash there cashier's check!! They make money on the loan and off me. Would never go back again. No wonder why there ratings so poor.
