Great customer service. Tiffany was very helpful in getting a backordered item located. Unfortunately, it was out of stock from the manufacturer and they credited my account right away. Also have great fast service on film and other supplies.

As a company, Z&Z Medical does it right. They offer competitive pricing, a robust site and large inventory, but what I have found is that their customer service and communication sets them apart. What could turn into a big headache when dealing with some other vendors, is taken in stride at Z&Z. When I have questions regarding products, my order, availability, etc. they come through quickly and efficiently. I'm grateful for their superior customer service. Other vendors could learn from their business model.

Needed a bulb for my medical equipment ASAP so purchased it from z and z… paid a lot extra for the ‘expediated shipping’ which says 24 hours…. It’s been 6 days now… still no bulb. Their shipping costs are false and misleading. Will never purchase from this company again and would not recommend them to any of my peers.

I recently purchased a digital imaging receptor holder or "Mobile DR Panel Positioning Partner, SKU#POSP14" from ZZ Medical and couldn't be happier. ZZ Medical and Reina worked together to allow my facility to demo the product before purchase. Once I was able to see and test the product, it was clear that this product was well built and made for the OR. Below is the communication I sent to ZZ medical after testing the product."Thank you for working with us and allowing us to demo the positioning partner. Nick, your product is exceptional. It’s designed and built superbly. I don’t know if you hand make each one, but you can tell someone put a lot of time and consideration in developing this product. It’s easy to use, spring powered, and cleverly designed for quick release and solid performance. When I put a seventy-five thousand dollar detector inside the holder, I’m confident that it’s safe. I appreciate your ingenuity and your integrity when it comes to your product."

Z and Z did a fantastic job of removing my old x-ray equipment. They were fast and quiet enough that the massage therapist in the adjacent room hardly heard the dismantling through the thin walls. Very upfront. Very personable. Communication was great.

I placed an order for xray film and was charged for the film six times. I called customer service and they pretended that they wear unaware of their extra charges. Site is hacked or employee is stealing card numbers.

Bought fit-over lead glasses that were reasonably priced. My initial engraving request could not be completed due to the inability to engrave a comma, so Jamilee e-mailed me and asked how I would like to proceed. I had the chance to edit my engraving as I desired and I'm very happy with the end result and the customer service!

I contacted Z&Z Medical for help with some replacement parts via online chat. Jamilee was WONDERFUL - turns out we didn't even purchase this item from them, but she went out of her way to contact the manufacturer and get me part information and pricing. This kind of customer service is not often found in our "not my problem" culture we live in. Thank you Jamilee for making my problem your problem, it is much appreciated!!
