Nice little mom and pop dealership. The owner Amy, is an absolute sweetheart! It was a hot morning and my mother didn’t feel like going in the test drive, so Amy personally walked over to my mom and offered her a nice relaxing wait inside with air conditioning. My mom means the world to me and Amy made sure to take care of her, I greatly appreciate that. Would definitely recommend them!

Destroyed my trucks transmission pulling a backhoe out of the mud. Bob got it in and rebuilt for a fair price. He also fixed the rear main seal while he had the transmission out. Went straight back to pulling heavy equipment on the farm and transmission operates flawlessly. My parents highly recommended A&D and so do I. Small shop with great customer service

Bob and his mechanic were very knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing the transmission in our vehicle. They definitely went the extra mile to ensure there were no other mechanical problems. I will continue to use them in the future and will recommend them to family and friends,

I am 100% satisfied with my whole experience with A & D Premier! They are honest and very friendly. I recommend buying your next vehicle from them. I'm so very happy with my new Ford Escape!! Well it's been 2yrs and right away the starter went out. Then water pump. Now the rear shock needs changed. Bought one took it to shop and they refused to put it on. The rust is so bad. So now I'm driving a trk that is so loud. Can only go 10-20 miles an hour. People give me the finger and I'm just upset I figured it would give me at least 4yrs. So now I'm out looking again.

I have had multiple positive services completed here which have saved me hundreds. First off, parts are considerably cheaper here than at a large dealership. Secondly, labor rates are reasonable. He trustworthy and stands behind his work.

……”That Is “My Response” to the owner’s Horrific Lies Regarding Al’s Review Which Is My Husband!What I have to say is, Don’t get cars from people who clearly are dishonest and trying to hustle folks out of their money! The first time we went to this shop we test drove a SUV. Not gone lie, I really liked it in agreeance to my husband as well. So his offer to the guy was $5400 cash in hand but this would only be after asking can we take it to a shop that we trust because we’ve been going there for years. The owner came up with a story about how he doesn’t like our shop which was tires plus because all they do is lie blah blah blah.Well, upon letting him know that this isn’t the experience we have with them, so what’s the problem? (You’re acting like we asked to have a friend check it out or an alley mechanic!) But anyway, the guy said he couldn’t do the price because of all the work he put into the car. Which we respected, so as we started to leave…the guy said and I quote “Do y’all have jobs? & if so u can probably just take out a loan for the rest of the money but that’s if y’all have jobs”. The way he said it came off very judgmental and that’s what made me bring up the fact that WE ARE HARDWORKING PEOPLE!So we came back ONE more time, a few days later (after seeing the SUV still on the lot) trying to offer them $5800 cash in hand! He then said he couldn’t do it because his wife would be “losing money”. My husband said, “Okay, if I gave u the full amount I would have to have an auto shop look into the car!” It took some convincing but he finally let us take it to Tires Plus and long story short there were A SEVERITY OF ISSUES & I mean multiple with one of the main parts, AN ENGINE LEAK!! The guy at the shop was even willing to show use most of the damage!! So obviously we DIDN’T buy the car! We since then have purchased a family size SUV .So honestly, this is irrelevant/old news, but I’m only addressing it because I don’t like how they literally tried to lie and paint a false narrative for what they think is their own benefit! We only spoke with these people TWICE both on separate occasions. The first time we offered $5400 and the final was $5800, So how is this “trying to get the vehicle for nothing”? as they said lol, I mean make it make sense. They were asking $6100 for a 2009 GMC Acadia with almost 150,000 miles not to forget an engine leak and a cracked windshield that she failed to mention in the Facebook post! We looked it up and the most Kelley Blue Book valued this car at was $5,365 and that’s if its in “Excellent” condition and trust me it was FAR from it lol. It’s not uncommon for dealers to ask for more than what the car is valued but it’s the fact that y’all had the AUDACITY to ask for this knowing all the issues the car has?? SMH After our last encounter, that’s when I noticed she blocked me on Facebook and my only guess was, because of their guilt! I still have all messages between me and her so any claims that “she kept messaging me trying to beat me up on the price” is completely false…FYI any video proof that you have would only validate our story and hurt yours & please don’t forget to include the audio lol

Came for a break change my brakes were starting to go a little wobbly when I stopped they were able to get me in right away before our trip out of state and had it done in no time. We had originally purchased our car here and they have the best customer service around, I had my two babies with me and they were really good with them. They had me in and out in no time. I have had wonderful experiences with them from buying my car to getting work done. They are the best. I will be coming back for any work needing done

I mean this wholeheartedly, I normally never write reviews but this one was definitely necessary! Way too many red flags with this business. The mechanic/dealer went on and on trying to explain how much money he put into a specific vehicle but couldn’t provide proper paperwork to back that claim up. I noticed he got extremely nervous anytime I even mentioned getting a pre purchase inspection done on the car. He couldn’t provide a vehicle history report which is vital (in my opinion) because if you’re selling a car through dealership for thousands of dollars, it should at least come with a history check. Especially when most cars sold, are sold “as is” with no type of warranty. Now It doesn’t have to be a car fax (those are overly expensive) but some form of an accurate report should be available at the buyer's request, that’s if the dealer doesn’t have anything to hide. I was finally able to convince the man to have me take it to get inspected and come to find out there were numerous issues! Including an engine leak that was visible by just opening the hood of the car! I kid you not a routine oil change wasn’t even performed on the vehicle, the oil was all dirty and clunky! Those were two out of many issues that were diagnosed during the inspection. What really struck me was when I returned back to the dealership, they didn’t even bother to check the report! Which showed me they knew there were issue to begin with!… So you’re trying to tell me you’re not going to at least be curious enough to see what the auto shop reported on a car you’re selling? That was enough for me, I could see if you were honest about any issue(s) from the start but u can’t be purposely trying to get over on people! Now I’m not saying all vehicles that they’re selling are bad but please have a certified license mechanic inspect anything you plan on buying from these people! Trust me, it will save you an headache and possible thousands of dollars in repairs!
