A-Tech Alarm Service is the best alarm company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I've been a customer for over 8 years and I've never had any problems. My alarm system is always working properly and I always feel safe and secure knowing that A-Tech is there to protect our home.I recently had the pleasure of working with Vincent, one of A-Tech's service technicians. Vincent was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and he made sure that I was comfortable with the new system before he left. Disappointed that the serviceman came into our home without a mask. Even though both my husband and I had ours on, he continued maskless. If you are concerned about Co-Vid and need in-home repair, you might want to consider some other place. As far as in store repair, I assume, protocol is followed. I did appreciate the ease and friendliness of staff in scheduling this appointment and upfront information on pricing.

This is an awesome family-owned business and I am so impressed with the service I've gotten keys made and I also purchased a couple of firearms as well as taking lessons to earn my permit previous to that I love the staff and I look forward to my next gun purchase as well as taking my sons up there for possibly some martial arts lessons I suggest any and everyone go here and see what they're all about

We took our Beam central vac that had suddenly stopped working to People's Appliance in Waterloo, they said it was the hose and said they would order a new one but had no clue when it would be in (by this time we have already been without a vacuum 2+weeks). We called A Tech and they told us to bring it down immediately and they'd get it working that day, turns out it wasn't even the hose at all, they repaired it quickly and we walked out with a working vacuum! AWESOME service. Highly recommend.

One of the kick plates on our central vac system stopped turning the system on when switched. The service person that came out was on time and super nice. He showed me how to replace the parts if it happens again, and made the opening in the floor trim wider so it would be easier to service next time.

We really appreciate all the time Mike G spent with us. We are enjoying our home so much more than we could have ever imagine. He went the extra mile with us to help us understand the system and get us set up. Mike was great during the planning process. Loving our central vac and everything else he helped us with!
