Im pretty sure this will be the last time i spend money at this place! If your gonna sale stuff make sure your backed by a good shipping service. To sale quality tools and wanting a premium price for them then i would suggest better shipping options. Pretty sure fed ex is the worst shipping company in the world. You lost my business due to your cheap shipping. Like normal one would expect the blame to be on fed ex but i put the blame on acme! Shame on you for using less then par shipping options.

Ordered an ego trimmer and blower combo. They clearly sent me a returned/opened/resealed one…. I sent them photos and they say FedEx must have tampered with it….. lol….. cannot admit they sent me a returned product. My two options are wait for return label and get a refund after they receive it back and access the product or wait for a label, send it back and wait for them to get more in stock… terrible first time experience do not buy pricey stuff off this website. Your $ will be tied up.

I’ve visited this store many times over the past several years. I keep coming back because they have both a diverse selection of tools and staff who are very capable in recommending and troubleshooting their inventory. I can think of only one issue with a tool I purchased (a trigger issue a few months after purchase), and the free service claim was simple and I was called as soon as the tool was delivered back to them. If you use Acme Tools, get to know the staff as they are great in helping you find the right gear.

Placed an order for a product that they had listed as available and will be delivered in 3 days. Then when I got my receipt via email It states 2-3 weeks. When I called to verify they stated it was backordered and they didn’t know when they would get it. So I decided to cancel my order, this all happened within a 2 hour period. I wasn’t charged and they said it wouldn’t be. The next day, I was charged for the product!!! And now I’m getting it credit back to my card! Ridiculous why charge my card a day after I cancel the order and was told it wouldn’t be charged?? And now I’m also seeing two different $1 transactions from them and so credit back for that… I would absolutely never buy anything from this company again, and will make sure everyone I know is aware to stay away!
