We used Adams Door Company out of Cedar Rapids to replace our 30 year old garage door and opener. Can't say enough about the experience.....easy to work with, very reasonably priced compared to the competition, and great service/install. Went with a CHI door (Mahogany color) and could not be happier. Jim Lance was very helpful and great to work with. We needed our garage door frame repaired and re-wrapped and Jim hooked us up with a local contractor to help with that work. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend and use again.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night - I called right away, left a voicemail, and they got back to me first thing Monday morning. Repair people were at our door just a bit after the phone call, and done 40 minutes later. Very reasonable pricing and great, friendly service!

Wonderful company to work with! Jeremy is a knowable and pleasant person to work with. He gave me an estimate and they stuck with it. The installers were efficient and also very pleasant and considerate. They neglected to bring an important part and were very apologetic, but as soon as the blizzards and the dangerously freezing temperatures were over they were right here to finish the job. I certainly recommend this company.

These guys provided next morning service and replaced my garage door sensors and keypad. The also sold me a replacement clicker for one of my garage doors. The service was timely, professional and exactly what I needed. Adams Door has my recommendation.

We just had a wood cedar garage door installed today. I took them about 2 hrs. Also when ordering the grage door the sales person was easy to talk to and and it was a easy process. 4 weeks later I get a call that the grage door was not stained It was post to be stained. So I called Jim and he got to the bottom of it and found out what happen. It wasn't adams garage doors fault it was the third company that built them messed up. So I had to wait another 4 weeks. A little frustrated but how Jim handled it and how fast the grage door came back I was impressed. This place is all about customer service and making there customer come first. So I highly recommend this place if you are going to get a garage door.

I have these guys in mind even talking to friends and family. They are so professional and Tyler is the best of all. He is so helpful and understanding. I was having situation with my personal garage door and he had to jump thru a couple hoops but got it done with no complaints. So it was second nature to hire them to fix doors at my property. And Tyler shows up there as well and from now on I ask for him because he makes it all come together and is very hard working. These guys are perfect for your next job.

I needed a door repaired and these guys came recommended. Although they did not carry my specific manufacturer, Jeremy said he would check with his supplier to see if they could order them.After a few months I called and left a message for him. No reply. A few weeks later called again and explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone. Jeremy called me within the hour and assured me he'd call me the next day. It's been a week or two and no answer. Seems like a pattern.I've since called Ollinger out of Atkins. The sales girl has been out to see the garage and offer options. I wish I had just gone to them in the first place.

I have a 2 door garage, one(large) normal, one not so much( it's a 6 ft 9 in. opening, instead of 7 ft and the tracks are concreted in the floor). They were recommended by our contractor. They measured both 3x and ordered last fall. We got 1 door the normal door in fine during the spring, the other we've been waiting on for months after saying the prepaid order for that door was cancelled. We're still waiting in July after they said it had to be special ordered. Not pleased; but just waiting for this yo over before the city does street work in front of the garage.

They gave me an estimate to replace my garage door spring for $300. After the technician came and fixed it, he charged me over $600. I'm furious and will not be going back to this company. A scam!

Great customer service! Adam’s fixed our door in 2019 and the gentleman was pleasant and knowledgeable. When our wall button stopped working I ordered a new wall mount button and tried replacing it myself but to no avail. We were going to call an electrician but then my husband said to call the experts. The man I talked to looked up our account, gave me some reasons why it wouldn’t work and the first one was the culprit! Why didn’t we call earlier?!
