I have never dealt with a more condescending clerk. I would highly recommend a staffing adjustment. Rude to customers, rude on the phone, unwelcoming.

What a fun and beautiful laid out place to shop. Lots of fun cars as you would expect, but also lots of other merchandises as well. I found a great variety of gifts such as mugs, wind, chimes, slippers, t-shirts and many other fun items. I was greeted by staff shortly after entering the store. The staff was friendly and eager to provide assistance. However, I did not feel like I was being followed around the story either.

Every year we purchase my daughter some type of ornament. Last year we did purchase her the keepsake ornaments of Jack the Pumpkin King and Sally. These are interactive ornaments that when plugged in to the special cord will sing a song and have dialogue. When we gave them to her Jack did not work properly as the speaker was extremely distorted. Amy's did take the return of Jack but could not Replace him as they were sold out. (These seem to be very popular items). So we still had Sally and she would sing her song, but we were missing the interactive exchange. Fast forward to this year. We purchased Jack, to replace the one from last year, and Oggie Boogie. We plugged in Jack and he immediately greeted us with a "Merry Christmas". Plugged in Sally to listen to them sing together, and nothing. This was a little frustrating. I did contact Hallmark through chat and they would not help me out and suggested I call the store. I did call Amy's Hallmark on Collins Road. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and did not have an immediate answer but listened to the situation and asked for me to call back the next business day to speak with the manager. When I called back the next day the same employee answered the phone and remembered the conversation and had already briefed her manager. They did try to troubleshoot over the phone and asked if I would be willing to bring all the ornaments and the cord into the store so they could see exactly what was happening. When I arrived I was assisted by the same person who had been so empathetic and patient on the phone. The had the last Sally ornament pulled aside to test with a brand new cord. We were able to get all three ornaments interacting and she sent me home with the working Sally ornament and a new cord. This was above and beyond my expectations. The employee was awesome and willing to work with me. Thank you for service minded approach and for making it a "Nightmare Before Christmas" Christmas.

This year I needed to make a WISH list for our ornaments. I would just like to say everyone who I've spoken with, when they have called me in regards to my ornaments has been FANTASTIC!! So pleasant, helpful!!!! Hallmark is an outstanding company and their staff are amazing!!! Thank you!!!

Pretty pricey and you'll spend a lot of time there because there's so much to look at. Very disappointed in cards for 18-year-olds. (And they should consider gender neutral section or selection.)

Store has a good selection; however when I went in today for grandparents day cards there were only five to choose from and none for only a single grandparent. There’s also a deal for small cards (no more than the palm of your hand) and it advertises 5 for $3 or 10 for $8. Go to check out and you have to be a rewards member. No where on the sign is this clear. I just bought the cards and left. No wonder the store is constantly empty, it’s a store that you only go in and get the basics and leave.
