“On 7/18/24 Sam the new maintenance man was very concerned about the condition of my apartment, he treated me truly like family and was concerned about my babies safety and wellbeing, he went so far as to take notes of what he saw and went and got the head property manager Zack and showed him the condition of my apartment and what other maintenance men looked over and did not fix nor have any concerns about. Also he is a military man as well and I know a true military man will not let his family nor anyone else family live in unsafe conditions. I now pray that he does not change the way he is or how he treats others, true meaning of concerned citizens and man for someone else family ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Nice office staff. Maintenance is on point. We've lived here 3 years and have no plans on moving. In fact, my daughter and grandkids moved into them as well. Only down fall, the kids park is TERRIBLE. It really needs torn down and rebuilt to accommodate all ages.”

“I love the Village staff they are kind and helpful whenever you need it. The village is a very good safe place to stay. I recommend it to anyone going to Kirkwood! The apartments are very nice and spacious and if you ever have any problems maintenance is super quick and always willing to help you out!! I've loved staying at the village and I can't wait to keep making more memories here!”
“I'm about to move in Tuesday and I'm actually a big fan of MacKenzie. She's s absolutely sweet and so funny and even though it's her job to get you to rent a place she absolutely worked with me to make sure I would be happy there. Because of her kindness and willing to help my kids and I find the perfect home I was able to put my dilemma about not having my own washer and dryer to the side lol. I also really give her props for doing such a great job because her job is not easy.”
