Top dollar,zero quality. They are strictly a cash grab. If you have an emergency it will be addressed on their time and not your pet's. In my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if they diagnosed pet's based off of you tube tutorials. Good luck if you use them. What a generic copy and paste reply. Go look in the mirror and wipe off that face paint you clown

I was from out of town. They saw my dog may 5 and told my there was nothing wrong with him and after several test and a bill for $1000 sent us on our way. They didn't follow up sending information to my vet even after I reminded them twice By the time I got him home early sat am to my regular vet he was almost dead with sepsis. He's been in an emergency hospital on so many meds and fluids and will most likely not make it. Please please do NOT take your pet here.

Very impressed! Our long-term vet recently retired and we transferred to this practice for our dogs (ages 14 and 2 yrs). We came on two different days (my request) and met with two different doctors. Both gave so much time to us, it was remarkable. They had printed out our dogs' entire histories that had been faxed over from our other vet and they had already read everything about their patient(s) before entering the room. My husband and I work in human medicine and I hope we are doing as well!

Dr Leo took wonderful care of our elderly dog for many years and was a trusted advisor to our family regarding the health of our pet. In the end, when it was time to say goodbye, she was the most compassionate and caring doctor we could have hoped for who made the whole experience less scary. In one of the saddest moments of my life, I am so thankful to have had my dog under the care of Dr Leo who helped us do what was best for both our dog and our family in the most humane way.

My vet has been great, but I've also had some less than desirable experiences with others that work there. My dog has been going there since I bought her. She's been on their medication and it's been no problem. But recently, I was just denied being able to get heartworm medication because my appointment is after the test date. I find this ridiculous. To the comment below: Thank you for attempting to reach me, but this does not seem personalized. I would prefer that, because you have my name, you'd reach out to me to correct this.

What a caring group of people. The doctor spent so much time with us on both visits with a dog that does not like going to the vet. Very monomial wait and the doctor called a few days later to follow up on our dogs eye injury. Highly recommended

Dr. Hankner has been the vet for my family's pets for many, many years! I trust her completely, and she cares for my furballs as if they were her own. She gets to know each one over the course of the time she sees them. Never jumps right in, she lets them get used to the surroundings and greet her before starting the exams/shots/what have you. Prices are fair, and she never recommends anything that isn't needed.
