Great nurse! Very professional , and a joy to talk to. All staff that I have talked to over phone makes everything very easy. I literally don't have to do anything.
Very happy with my in home infusion sessions. ❤

Ashleigh Jones is my Infusion nurse . There are no words to tell how very kind and gentle she is . Obviously has a lot of experience in this area because everything goes so smoothly and right on time .
I used to dread infusion because it hectic . No more ! Ashleigh keeps it low key and amooth . And she is so sweet ! Just adore her ! ❤️

I do infusions are home through Arj and Rhonda is the best. I really only trust her to be inside my home or Sarah she’s nice too I’ve had very bad experiences with other ppl and them not following directions on my sheet but Rhonda knows it best. In my opinion she deserves a raise 🥰🫶🏻

I have had very goid luck under what was arj. Now that it is promt care i have had some issies. But gotta say they get worked out quickly. As far as nurses all i got to say is i got the best!! She has became a very good friend. Im not an easy fella to take care of ,and scare most people away. I lost arj for a short period snd it was awful. Now i look forward to my infusion. My personal experience has been pretty damn good.

I have had nothing but issues since my insurance decided 3 years ago to ONLY allow my infusion to be received through ARJ. Nurses for ARJ were never timely to arrive at appointments. Eventually ARJ had no nurses of their own and used a home health agemcy to staff their cases. These nurses had no idea how to reconstitute my infusion, took hpurs to do what should take 2 hours maximum and generally were awful. Finally i got an ARJ nurse, but the issues continue. Im now 1+ week out from my infusion date and cannot seem to get my meds. Ive called daily for 4 days and nothing seems to happen. I get transferred to a new person everytime I call in and have to start from the bwginning every single time I call. I have no idea when or IF I will get my medicine. I called today at 330 and was told someone would call me backAt 4 pm I called and was told everyone works on the east coast so they are gone. No return call was placed. This is medication I depend on to keep me from falling ill and spending time in the hopsital. The lacksidasical attitude of all ARJ employees i have spoken to abput my health and need for this medicine sh0uld actuallybe criminal.
